Why PAPPU Can't Vote?
Election Commission is doing a campaign to improve the voting percentage using PAPPU Can't Dance Saala song of a recent hit film "Jane Tu Ya Jaane Na..". We need to look at the bottom of the reasons why people can't vote and why they prefer to be at home when someone is just moving towards the position to take decision on behalf of them.
Who is ruling us?
Do You Ever think about the person who is making ( ... and breaking ) the LAW?
Is he/she is our true representative?
Normally less than 25% percent of people has voted in favor of a person who is giving representation to us?

Why this happen and why people specially educated people can't Vote?
If people can do financial Transaction using PHONE, Why People can't vote using PHONE?
